摘要:The formation of structure in systems with many species belongs to the most complex problems in science, is far from being fully understood. Those problems occur everywhere and in different sciences, as e.g. the formation of nuclei from many hadrons and gluons; the condensation of gases to a liquid and the crystallization of a liquid to a crystal; the formation of social structures in communities of human beings or animals, …..
With the words of P.W. Anderson* (Noble Price in 1977):
More is different
This well-known phrase expresses the need of new techniques due to the sheer huge number of parameters involved. Defining global subsystems, which were some of the species are acting collectively, is one of them.
