大连理工大学材料测试分析中心

大连理工大学材料测试分析中心是我校2001年以来,以 国家“211 工程”和“985工程”建设的校级测试分析平台,依托材料学科与工程学院而成立,是面向全校和社会开放提供高水平测试分析的服务机构。具备司法鉴定中心(微量物证)、常规检测中心、失效分析仲裁中心、培训中心、测试技术研究中心等五大职能,奉行科学、公正、准确、高效的质量方针。

中心开展材料的化学成分分析、材料显微组织分析、材料力学性能及物理性能检测、材料微结构表征、材料微区成分、材料表面形貌分析、多晶体相分析、腐蚀行为检测等。

中心通过了中国国家认证认可监督管理委员会计量认证、中国合格评定国家认可委员会认可。

中心拥有雄厚的人才和仪器设备资源。现有13名专职教师,其中具有教授级高工1,高级工程师4人,工程师8名,具有博士学历3人;拥有仪器设备固定资产3千多万元。中心实行主任负责制、工作人员岗位责任制和人员定期考核的管理机制。

大连理工大学测试分析中心经过十几年的建设,已经发展成为一个设备齐全、技术力量雄厚的检测中心,中心协助材料学科完成国家973项目3项,863项目5项,国家自然科学基金项目500余项。发表科技论文2000余篇,其中有近1300篇论文被SCI EI 检索。每年完成对外检测分析项目1000余项,企业委托失效分析项目100余项。为促进材料学科的发展、科研教学提供了高水平的创新科研平台。

中心本着不断创新、务实、求真、公平、公正的精神,不断提高服务质量,竭诚为全校师生及社会各行各业客户提供优质服务。

Material Testing Center of Dalian University of Technology

Material Testing Center of Dalian University of Technology is one of the four public testing centers in the materials science fields founded in 2001, which is depended on the support of the “Ninth-Five Plan”, the “211 Project” and the first stage of the “985 Project”. The center locates at the School of Materials Science and Engineering and opens for every student in the university. The center provides a platform of the high level innovation of science and technology for the students and faculties in the university, and is also an institution of testing and analyzing opened for other universities and companies. The center consists of four sub-centers, i.e., the routine testing center, the arbitration center, the training center, and the testing technique research center.

The Material Testing Center has always been implementing the quality guidelines of science, equity, accuracy and high efficiency.

The center provides the service and develops the research in the fields of chemical analysis, characterization of material microstructure, analysis of crystal structure, physical properties of materials, micro-area chemical analysis, metallography analysis, surface topography, microstructure analysis and analysis of multicrystalline phases etc.

The center has obtained the metrological certification by the China State Bureau of Quality Supervision Inspection and Quarantine, and has been accredited by China National Accreditation Committee for Laboratories.
